Trillium Health Partners offers a range of inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services across our locations—Mississauga Hospital, Credit Valley Hospital and Queensway Health Centre, as well as through the Kingsway Spine Centre. If you require inpatient rehabilitation services at any of our locations, your care will be provided by a team of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapy/Occupational Therapy Assistants, Social Workers, Dietitians, Speech Language Pathologists, and Nurses.
