The Psychosis Spectrum Program is an outpatient program that provides education, therapy, hope and empowerment to individuals 17.5 years and older living with, Psychosis NOS, Schizophrenia, Schizoaffective disorders and Bipolar Disorder with prominent psychotic features.
Our goal is to educate the patient and the family about the illness, promote improved coping skills, support the person to reach his/her recovery goals, and connect back to the community.
The Psychosis Spectrum Clinic offers:
- Group therapy on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday
- Two groups a day from 1:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
- Open ended groups
- Psycho-education, skill building focus;
- Weekly or bi-weekly individual supportive therapy
- Length of stay varies up to two years
Inclusion Criteria
- 17.5 years and older
- Formal diagnosis of Psychosis NOS, Schizophrenia, Schizoaffective disorders and Bipolar Disorder with prominent psychotic features.
Exclusionary Criteria
- Depression with psychotic features
- Dual Diagnosis
- Current aggressive or disruptive behavior
