Ontario Improving Access to Care in Peel Region
Province Increasing Investment in Hospitals to Support Patients and Families
(Mississauga, ON) – Ontario is improving access to care in the Peel Region, helping to reduce wait times and increasing access to key services for patients and families.
Hon. Charles Sousa, MPP for Mississauga South was at the Trillium Health Partners - Mississauga Hospital to highlight the new investment. Trillium Health Partners is receiving an additional $10 million this year to improve access to care and reduce the length of hospital stays for patients and families in the Peel region.

Ronald McDonald House Charities Toronto opens second Family Room at Credit Valley Hospital
Partnership creates a retreat within the hospital for families with ill children
