The Credit Valley Hospital is located at the intersection of Eglinton Avenue West and Erin Mills Parkway in Mississauga.
There are two separate parking garages for your convenience. The main parking lot for emergency, inpatients, and some test procedures is accessed through the main entrance off Erin Mills Parkway (first stoplight south of Eglinton Avenue West).
The parking lot servicing patients for cancer, rehabilitation and ambulatory care treatment is accessed via Credit Valley Road (second stoplight south of Eglinton Avenue West – PetroCanada Gas Station on southeast corner).
By Car:
From the North:
Take Hwy. 401 (east or west) and exit at Mississauga Rd. Turn south continuing straight onto Erin Mills Parkway. Continue driving south for about ten minutes. Credit Valley is located at the corner of Erin Mills Parkway and Eglinton Avenue West.
From the South:
Take the QEW (from east or west) and exit at the Erin Mills Parkway exit. Drive north for about ten minutes. Credit Valley is the first exit past the Hwy. 403 on ramp.
From the East:
Take Hwy. 403 and exit at Erin Mills Parkway. Turn right onto Erin Mills Parkway. The main entrance to Credit Valley is past the first set of traffic lights.
From the West:
Take Hwy 403 and exit at Erin Mills Parkway. Turn left onto Erin Mills Parkway. The main entrance to Credit Valley is past the first set of traffic lights.
By Transit:

Shuttle Bus:
For the convenience of staff, visitors and patients, Trillium Health Partners offers a shuttle bus service between the Mississauga Hospital and Queensway Health Centre locations. The service runs Monday to Friday 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The Queensway Health Centre is located at 150 Sherway Drive, off the West Mall, south of The Queensway, and across the street from Sherway Gardens Shopping Centre.

By Car:
If travelling from the west on the QEW by car, take the Evans Avenue exit, continue straight onto the West Mall, stay in the left lane, and turn left at the second set of lights.
If coming from the east, take the Sherway Gardens Drive exit (by the 427), turn left onto Sherway Gardens Drive and follow the road around the mall until you see Trillium Health Partners - Queensway Health Centre across the street at the second set of stop signs.

Travelling Between Sites - Shuttle Bus Services
Trillium Health Partners are committed to supporting environmental initiatives.
Providing a shuttle bus service supports these initiatives and allows the hospital to reduce the amount of cars on the road which helps reduce green house gases.
One of the value adds will also be a bike rack on the front of the bus to assist with transporting bikes between the sites.
Accessibility
The shuttle bus is accessible and equipped with a hydraulic ramp that provides access to persons who require assistive devices including wheelchairs, scooters and walkers. Drivers are well trained in operating the hydraulic ramp and working with passengers with assistive devices. The seating is also equipped with arm rests and seatbelts to ensure passenger's safety when traveling.
