Interprofessional Education (IPE) Opportunities at Trillium Health Partners
Interprofessional Education (IPE) occurs when learners from two or more professions learn about, from and with each other to enable effective collaboration and improve health care outcomes (World Health Organization 2010).
Trillium Health Partners provides a local rich experience for interprofessional learning. Educators create an enriched learning environment with skills days, clinical education sessions, and unique topics for our students offered throughout the calendar year. Students can obtain credit for the IPE requirements by participating in IPE electives.
Trillium Health Partners also has a new approach to learning through our unique continuing education opportunities.
